We have been in Boise for almost two months now and don't have much to show for it. Bob is working hard in class and only has two more weeks left. I have been doing a lot of sitting. We don't have enough books for me to be unemployed. It looks like I will be substituting this fall, unless there are some unexpected openings. Hopefully for only a year and then I will have some contacts in the schools. We are headed to Utah in a couple of weeks and then up to Island Park with the Lloyds. We are excited to be with family and hang out in nature. Here are some pictures from stuff we have done lately and not so lately.
Here is Bob graduated. Yay! It was also our anniversary and Mother's Day weekend so lots of celebrating and cake.
We have been to Utah twice already since we moved. For Father's Day we had a Mustache Bash with the Woods (I will try to find a picture) in honor of my dad who I have never seen without a mustache. We also had a nice time with the Lloyds. It is good to be with family.
While we were down for the 4th of July, we went and fed the ducks with Trini, Kahlan, and Zeb.Bob was off fishing for the 5th time that weekend. He caught one catfish and about 200 mosquito bites. We had front row seats to the Riverdale fireworks.
Since being in Idaho we have been trying out the local restaurants thanks to my sister and the Boise coupon book. Buy one get one free is great! We have visited the Old Idaho State Penitentiary. Bob was pretty excited because it was on Ghost Hunters. We saw all the buildings including the "hanging room". Last week we roamed the Farmer's Market and the State History Museum. Here is Cowboy Bob.
We will try to be better at being exciting and actually taking pictures of it in the future.
